Hi, I'm Simmone!
I am a specialist Gestational Diabetes (GD) dietitian with 12+ years experience working in diabetes. I started my career helping pregnant Aboriginal women in outback Australia.
In 2012 I moved to the UK and worked in the National Health Service (NHS) specialising in diabetes and antenatal diabetes services, meanwhile studying a masters in public health and completing post graduate courses in fertility and pregnancy.
I am passionate about pregnancy as I saw a close friend of mine really struggle with GD. I now dedicate my career to help mums like you with GD so you can learn how to balance blood sugars while still ENJOYING your pregnancy.

Who is this program suitable for?
This program is for you if have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes, or worried about getting gestational diabetes again.
is the program personalised?
Yes! This is not a self-paced course! First you will have a 60 minute initial prenatal nutrition assessment with me to answer all your initial questions and concerns. From there we will meet fortnightly on top of me reviewing your weekly food and blood sugar diary with private written comments and feedback. You have access to me over the 6 weeks via private chat and you also get a personalised meal plan.
what is included in the program?
In this 6 week program, you will get 4x 1:1 personalised zoom sessions, access to online course modules and lessons, a full prenatal nutrition assessment, prenatal supplement checklist + advice, 6 weeks of email & message support, a load of worksheets and resources, weekly food and blood sugar feedback and analysis and a personalised meal plan and recipe book.
will i be able to lower my fasting blood sugar?
In the program through the tools and strategies I teach, you should be able to consistently lower your fasting blood sugars. However I can not guarantee they will stay low your whole pregnancy as it depends on a individuals hormone levels, stage of pregnancy, insulin resistance and genetics.
